Lighterpedia is published by Concept211 as an independent editorial project. Nobody at Elliot Technologies, Inc. or Lighter, Inc. commissions, reviews, approves, or has any editorial control over what appears here. No employee, contractor, or representative of those companies writes for this site.

Nothing on this site is an official statement from Lighter. Where a claim about Lighter matters, we link Lighter's own source so you can read the original rather than our summary of it. Where we cannot source something, we say so instead of filling the gap.

If you need account support, funds recovered, or an answer that is binding, this site cannot help — go to Lighter's documentation and their own support channels. Anyone who contacts you claiming to be Lighterpedia support offering to recover funds or asking for a seed phrase is a scammer.

“Lighter”, the Lighter logo, “LIT”, and any other marks referenced here are the property of their respective owners. This site uses them only to identify and describe the platform it writes about, which is nominative use. No sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation is claimed or implied.

Lighterpedia's own mark is original and unrelated to any Lighter mark. Where Lighter's logo appears on this site, it is at icon size beside Lighter's name in article text — handled the same way as every other brand this site covers — or inside a screenshot of Lighter's own interface. Screenshots of third-party interfaces are reproduced for commentary, review and education.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Trading perpetual futures with leverage can lose you more than you deposit. Rules differ by jurisdiction and change often — check the primary sources and a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.

In particular, this site does not tell you whether trading a given product is lawful where you live, whether any token or contract is or is not a security, whether you owe tax on a trade or how it should be reported, or whether you are subject to any KYC, AML or sanctions obligation. Those questions turn on facts about you and on rules that differ by country and change frequently. Take them to a qualified lawyer or tax adviser in your own jurisdiction, and read the primary sources.

Perpetual futures are leveraged products. Losses can exceed deposits. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything.

This site is written from outside the companies it covers, from public sources. Three limits follow from that, and we try to hold to them:

• Motive. We cannot see why a private team made a design decision. Where this site describes what a product does, that is an observation. Where it describes why, it is either quoting a public statement with a link, or it should not be saying it. If you find a passage asserting intent without a source, it is an error — tell us.
• Entities and roles. Which company employs whom, which entity controls a token allocation, and what commercial arrangements exist between third parties are not things this site is in a position to assert. Where entity names appear, they come from public filings or the companies' own documents, and we do not extrapolate beyond what those say.
• Numbers. Figures on this site are sourced and dated, or they are omitted. Market data changes constantly; a number that was right when published may be stale by the time you read it. Check the live source.

Lighter is a venue. Assets, markets, integrations and tools reachable through it may be deployed, issued, operated or maintained by parties other than Lighter — and other than us. Responsibility for any such market or product sits with whoever deployed or issued it. Where this site can identify that party, it names them; where it cannot, it says so rather than attributing the product to Lighter by default.

This site links to external websites it does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

This site contains referral links. If you sign up to Lighter through our link or code LIGHTERPEDIA we may earn a share of any trading fees you pay, at no extra cost to you. Per Lighter’s own referral documentation, new sign-ups are offered one week of Premium with trading fees rebated, capped at the first $10M of volume; Lighter describes all rebates as discretionary and can change or end the program.
